PLC Trainer Software with Interactive Plant Simulator is a training system for studying electrical automation engineering, automation systems and the basic practice of industrial automation applications are interactive and reflect the real condition of the industry.

Each 1 ( one) set of PLC systems with Plant Simulator Software Trainer consists of the PLC trainer and Plant Software Simulator ( ITS PLC) and PC-PLC interface modules as a function of sensor and actuator.
PLC Trainer comes with instructions and worksheets experiment in English or Indonesian for a realistic working practices for students of vocational schools or universities. And Software Plant Simulator is a simulation software tools provided by the plant to increase the level of understanding in learning and training PLC. Trainees participants confronted with a variety of cases that combine the principles of logic with a variety of realistic parameters according to real application in the field such as the effect of physical friction, load and weight, collision objects, and other parameters that are not just cases of logic.

With integrated software, described five plant simulation ( sorting, batching, palletizer, pick & place, automatic warehouse) that runs in real time. Each plant is equipped with a virtual simulation of sensor and actuator that can be programmed through PLC. This means that the PLC programming aimed at controlling every virtual sensor and actuator in order to run simulations.

Each training system with the standard problem found in programming the PLC. The fifth system is presented in order to provide a high level of understanding of PLC programming.
